Each class can be as short as 45 min or as long as necessary to thoroughly explore each theme. Workshops are divided in to three parts.  Each class starts  with an interactive, fun warm up, to loosen the body and stretch out our imaginations. Then, technique is introduced that is explored and used as a vocabulary to create our own repertoire of scenes. The session ends with: presentation time! To share and
celebrate our work.
